What we collect
Information you submit in our form: name, email, optional phone, property area, system details, timeline and notes. Form submissions are processed by our form provider (Formspree).
How we use it
Only to respond to your request and, with your consent, to share it with up to 1–2 licensed contractors so they can contact you about an estimate.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your information to marketers or list brokers, and we don’t add you to mailing lists.
Retention & deletion
Email us to access or delete your information. Contractors who received your request keep their own records under their own policies.

Referral service disclosure: Maui Cesspool Help is an independent referral service run by a Maui resident. We are not a contractor, do not perform any work, and may be paid by the licensed contractors we refer you to.
